The process is completed with assembly, executed with controlled speed and force via a linear axis, ensuring high efficiency without compromising the final product’s quality. Photocells and sensors along the entire path regulate the robot manipulator’s movements, dynamically adjusting based on workload and the number of items to be handled.
Additionally, Speedy BLUE is equipped with a DC-Bus energy recovery system, which allows for the recovery and reuse of residual energy during movements, optimizing energy consumption and contributing to production sustainability.
